Teaming Up with Diabetes Educators
With the alarming rise of diabetics in the country, the Pfizer Foundation has partnered with the Philippine Association of Diabetes Educators (PADE), an organization composed of physicians, nurses, nutritionists and educators, whose main objective is to educate the Filipino people about diabetes, its prevention and management.
The PADE project, made possible through a financial grant by Pfizer Foundation in New York and Pfizer Philippines, aims to promote awareness and prevention of the disease through an innovative project in partnership with local schools. |
