50 Years of Celebrating Life
Pfizer is proud to be celebrating our 50th year in the Philippines this 2004. For the past five decades, Pfizer has been providing Filipinos with innovative medicines that treat illnesses from everyday ailments to life-threatening diseases. Pfizer has and continues to care for generations of Filipino families.
Through Pfizer’s global research and development, we are able to provide innovative products that treat old diseases as well as emerging ones. Pfizer employs over 12,500 scientists in our research sites all over the world to make sure that we continue to look for medicines that will help improve the quality of life of people the world over.
We also extend our hand and support programs that improve the quality of healthcare in the community. For medical professionals, we support continuing medical education through the use of information technology that will provide them with information for better patient care. For the greater community, we partner with government and private institutions to provide health information, capacity enhancement and infrastructure for better understanding of diseases and better healthcare delivery.
As we mark this historic milestone, our commitment to the community becomes stronger. We look forward to another 50 years of helping make Filipino lives longer, healthier and happier.
