Pfizer Inc. recently formed a partnership with the Asian Institue of Management (AIM) to develop a Business Leadership Program for Pfizer's middle managers.with the Asian Institute of Management (AIM). The program will help equip managers of Pfizer with the latest knowledge and innovations on management, to cope with the growing demands of the business community, through AIM's array of highly advanced teaching methodologies.
During the MOA signing ceremony, AIM President Roberto "Bobby" de Ocampo stated the great value of Human Resources Development in a pharmaceutical organization like Pfizer. "We are honored to have a strategic alliance with an institution that has made a great difference in people's lives." he stated.
Pfizer believes that the partnership will help them realize their noble mission of improving people's health through the dedication and competence of their workers. "Certainly, we would like to build a critical mass of leaders who will serve as change agents in the pharmaceutical industry for the good of the whole Filipino community, Pfizer Country Manager Gerry Bacarro stated. " We would like to achieve our goal with an institution that has discipline, innovation and reputation for excellent management", he added.
