Pfizer Patient Programs Recognized at DM Asia 2003 Awards

Two of Pfizer Philippines patient programs - the Pfizer LIFE Club and the Pfizer SCIENCE Programme, were recently honored at the Direct Marketing (DM) Asia Awards held recently at the Suntec Convention Hall in Singapore as among the most outstanding direct marketing campaigns in Asia.

The LIFE Club won a Silver Award while the SCIENCE Programme earned a merit award. Both programs are value-added services developed by Pfizer to help educate and support heart disease patients. The LIFE Club was designed to help patients lower their cholesterol while the SCIENCE Programme aims to help those with hypertension effectively manage their blood pressure.

The DM Asia 2003 Awards, organized by the Direct Marketing Association of Singapore, is the highlight of the DM Asia Conference and Exhibition, an annual event dedicated to encouraging the growth and development of the direct marketing industry in the region. It honors DM practitioners as well as the most outstanding campaigns in the region. This year's competition attracted 175 entries from 12 countries with an international panel that judged entries across on-line, off-line and wireless media. Awards are given out for excellence in strategy, creativity and results in various categories.
